Step 4:
After evaluating the conditions of the return, you will receive a refund of the price paid for the purchase, excluding shipping costs.

In the case of a contract for the purchase of products and services concluded by a consumer Buyer, the latter will have the right to withdraw from the contract itself, pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), without any penalty and without specifying the reason.
The decision to exercise the right of withdrawal must be communicated by the consumer Buyer within 14 days of receiving the product ; in the case of separate delivery of multiple goods, ordered by the consumer Buyer with a single order, the term of fourteen days for exercising the right of withdrawal starts from the day on which the last good is delivered.

The communication of withdrawal must specify the intention to withdraw from the purchase (it is not necessary to specify the reasons) and the product or products for which the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, attaching a copy of the documentation proving the purchase .
Beauty Value Srl will promptly communicate to the consumer Buyer a confirmation of receipt, via email to the email address provided during the purchase procedure on the site, of the withdrawal exercised.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 59, letter c) and d) of the Consumer Code, the Consumer Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for products that are made to measure or clearly personalized or that risk deteriorating or altering rapidly. Furthermore, he/she cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in relation to sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery (Article 59, letter i) of the Consumer Code.
The products for which the right of withdrawal is exercised must be returned within fourteen days from the day on which the consumer Buyer communicated the exercise of the right of withdrawal, substantially intact, in their original packaging, complete with accessories and any manuals, without any missing parts.
The only costs owed by the consumer buyer for exercising the right of withdrawal are the direct costs of returning the goods , as provided for by article 57, paragraph 1, of the Consumer Code.
Once the withdrawal request has been received, Beauty Value Srl will refund the entire amount paid (excluding shipping costs) by the Consumer Buyer within fourteen days from the date on which the Consumer Buyer exercised the right of withdrawal, by crediting the current account used at the time of purchase, or using the bank details provided by the Consumer Buyer with the withdrawal notice and in any case using the same payment method used by the Consumer Buyer at the time of purchase. At the same time as the refund of the amount paid, Beauty Value Srl will eliminate any benefit connected to the purchase and possibly assigned to the Buyer as a consequence of the order placed and subsequently subject to withdrawal (e.g. discount vouchers).
Beauty Value Srl reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received the products subject to the right of withdrawal, or until the consumer Buyer has demonstrated that he has returned the goods, depending on which situation occurs first.
However, if the methods, conditions and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal, as specified in this article, are not respected, the consumer Buyer will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid . In this case, the consumer Buyer will be able to obtain, at his own expense , the product in the state in which it was returned to Beauty Value Srl. Otherwise, Beauty Value Srl will be able to retain the returned products, in addition to all the sums already paid by the consumer Buyer for the relative purchase. Shipping and transport costs are charged to the Buyer.
