Sustainability
Sustainability is an integral part of our vision, and we constantly strive to find solutions that respect the environment without compromising the effectiveness and quality of our products. We firmly believe in making self-care and environmentalcare coexist in a conscious and responsible way.
In general, we prefer to use raw materials from safe cultivation certified to recognized international standards, such as plant oils and natural active ingredients. We avoid the use of substances from endangered species and minimize the use of harmful chemicals.
Sustainable and recyclable packaging
As a company, we are committed daily to choosing packaging with a low environmental impact.
The plastics used for our bottles are specifically R-PP (propylene) and R-PET (polyethylene terephthalate), 100% recycled and 100% recyclable. In this way we do not promote oil extraction by using existing plastics recycled from post-consumer or post-industrial collection. Other materials used to make our bottles are glass (100% recyclable) and FSC-certified paper.
We are also constantly looking for solutions to decrease the weight and volume of our bottles.
Part of the proceeds to charity
As announced at theEuroparliament during the Environment Congress, our brand, in collaboration with the association FareAmbiente, will donate part of the proceeds from its sales of the Beauty Pet line to charity for the preservation and protection of natural and animal heritage.
Fare Ambiente has recognized, in the line dedicated to pets of YouGlam Beauty Pet, all the characteristics of eco-sustainability and appropriateness in the products for a market attentive to the ‘environment and well-being of our four-legged friends.
