<b>GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE</b>

<b>Digital Gift Cards Purchased:</b><br>
1. On the website www.youglam.me the Customer will fill out a form where he/she will choose the amount of the "digital" Card and indicate both his/her personal data and the email address to which the card itself will be sent (it can be the email address of the compiler or that of a third party). In the indicated email the card will be received in downloadable digital format and provided with an individual identification number. It is not possible to request and/or issue cards on physical media.<br>
2. The purchase price of the Card, which has not been activated, can be refunded with the same payment method used for the purchase of the same, within 14 days of purchase (refer to the terms and conditions of sale available on the site). For the refund, it will be necessary to contact customer service with the email address registered on the site, communicating the order number relating to the purchase of the digital Gift Card and requesting to proceed with the refund.<br>
3. The Card can only be used online, is strictly personal and cannot be used in stores. Once the card has been activated and, therefore, registered on the website www.youglam.me with the identification number of the card itself associated with a specific profile, the same cannot be refunded (even if 14 days have not passed since the purchase) and cannot be shared with third parties.<br>
4. The Digital Gift Card can be used for online purchases on the portal www.youglam.me, by checking the payment option via Gift Card commitment during payment-checkout and entering the number of the same. The Card can also be used in multiple solutions and for multiple purchases, up to the initial value indicated.<br>
5. The residual value of the Card can always be consulted in the specific section of the reserved area on the website www.youglam.me.<br>
6. If the purchase price of the desired items is higher than the residual value of the Card, the difference must be paid using the payment methods accepted on the website www.youglam.me<br>
7. Items purchased using the Card on the website www.youglam.me will be subject to the terms and conditions of sale indicated on the said website.<br>
8. The Digital Gift Card can be activated from the moment the recipient receives the code by email (along with the instructions for use/activation). After two years from sending the card without activation on the website www.youglam.me, the same will be cancelled without the possibility of reimbursement. From the moment of activation on the website www.youglam.me the Card will be valid for 2 years. The validity period will be shown: in the appropriate section of your account and at the end of the same the Card will become unusable and non-refundable.<br>
9. Upon expiration of its validity, the Card cannot be renewed or used to purchase items; any residual credit cannot be claimed.<br>
10. Digital Gift Cards cannot be purchased to purchase other gift cards. Gift cards cannot be purchased with discount codes.<br>
11. Gift Cards are available in the following denominations:<br>
• €25<br>
• €50<br>
• €100<br>
• €200
