2. Of any other explicit statement of the decision to want to withdraw from the contract by registered letter with return receipt to the address:

The notice of withdrawal must specify the desire to withdraw from the purchase (however, it is not necessary to specify the reasons) and the product or products for which the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, attaching a copy of the documentation proving the purchase.

Beauty Value Srl notifies the consumer Buyer without delay an acknowledgement of receipt, via e-mail to the e-mail address provided during the purchase process on the site, of the exercised withdrawal.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 59, lett. (c) and (d) of the Consumer Code, the consumer Buyer may not exercise the right of withdrawal for products that are custom-made or clearly personalized or are likely to deteriorate or alter rapidly. In addition, he cannot exercise withdrawal in relation to sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygienic or health protection reasons and have been opened after delivery (Art. 59(i) of the Consumer Code.

The products for which the right of withdrawal is exercised must be returned within fourteen days from the day on which the consumer Buyer notified the exercise of the right of withdrawal, substantially intact, in their original packaging, complete with accessories and any manuals, and without any deficiencies.

For purchases made within yglam.co.uk, purchased products must be sent to the sender’s address unless otherwise indicated by YouGlam Customer Service.

The only expenses payable by the Consumer Buyer for the exercise of the right of withdrawal are the direct costs of returning the goods, as provided for in Article 57(1) of the Consumer Code.

Upon receipt of the withdrawal request, Beauty Value Srl will refund the full amount paid (excluding shipping costs) from the Consumer Buyer within the period of fourteen days from the date on which the Consumer Buyer exercised the right of withdrawal, by re-crediting the bank account used at the time of purchase, or using the bank details provided by the Consumer Buyer with the notice of withdrawal and in any case using the same method of payment used by the Consumer Buyer at the time of purchase. At the same time as the refund of the amount paid, Beauty Value Srl will remove any benefit related to the purchase and possibly assigned to the Buyer as a result of the order placed and subsequently subject to withdrawal (e.g. discount vouchers).

Beauty Value Srl reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received the products subject to the right of withdrawal, or until the Consumer Buyer has demonstrated that he or she has returned the goods, whichever comes first.

If, on the other hand, the terms, conditions and deadlines for exercising the right of withdrawal, as specified in this article, are not met, the Consumer Buyer will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid. In such a case, the consumer Buyer may, at its own expense, re-obtain the product in the state in which it was returned to Beauty Value Srl. Otherwise, Beauty Value Srl may retain the returned products, in addition to all amounts already paid by the Consumer Buyer for the relevant purchase. Shipping and transportation costs are placed on the Buyer.
